BABY BACK BOURBON RIBS

Ingredients

3 racks baby back ribs
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
1/2 cup orange juice
½ cup water

SAUCE:
2 cups Sweet & Spicy Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
½ cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Bourbon (optional)
¼ cup orange juice

Instructions

Combine seasonings in a small mixing bowl. Trim fat and remove membrane
from ribs. Sprinkle spice mixture over ribs, rub in with your fingers. Cover and
refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 300°F. Cut ribs into
4 rib sections and place in a large roasting pan, add water and orange juice.
Cover and cook for 2 ½ hours. While ribs are cooking prepare sauce on
the stove top by combing all ingredients in a medium sized pot. Simmer
for 15-20 minutes. Turn up the oven heat to 400°F. Transfer ribs to a
shallow baking pan or BBQ grill. Sauce the ribs and cook for 15-20 minutes
uncovered in the oven or 15 minutes turning once on the BBQ grill. Ribs
can be cooked ahead of time and sauced and reheated just before serving.
